Situation: Robsley is located 60km South West of the Darling Downs regional centre of Toowoomba in the well known Felton Valley. Pittsworth is located 17km to the North and Clifton 36km to the East. Access is by the Toowoomba-Karrara Road and also the Clifton Pittsworth Road.

Services: Rural power, telephone and mail services are all available to Robsley. Pittsworth is the closest major centre and provides most services and amenities including Primary and High Schools, Hospital, Mechanical and professional facilities, grain depot located at Clifton.

Country: Robsley has double frontage to the Condamine River which leads to exceptional quality alluvial plains deep dark self mulching soils. These soils would have originally, in parts, be comprised of treeless plain. The Northern area of Robsley comprises a mixture of country types ranging from gently sloping good quality arable slopes and ridges to the North of Hodgson Creek then running down onto good quality dryland cultivation. Two irrigation bores equipped with electric submersible pumps and allocation of 461ML (subject to latest DEEDI updates) plus 49ML river allocation.

Improvements: The property is structurally improved with a four bedroom homestead, vehicle accommodation, machinery shed, workshop, hay shed, old barns, 650 tonne grain silo storage, and two Valley centre pivots.
